5. Made-to-Order and Custom Items
Many of our products are handmade to order, which means production begins after you place your order and typically requires additional processing time before shipment, as noted on the product page. Because these items are made specifically for you:
- Estimated production times are provided in good faith but may vary.
- Made-to-order and custom items may be non-returnable or subject to a modified return policy, as described in our Return Policy and at checkout.

6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless specified.

- In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Please note that certain items — including made-to-order, custom, and final-sale products — may not be eligible for return. To be eligible, items must generally be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging within the stated return window. You may request to cancel or change an order by contacting us as soon as possible after purchase. Because production of made-to-order items begins quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change can be accommodated once production has started. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, and to issue a refund in such cases.
